Andy and I Have Issues

I’m spending today discussing how Andy Beckett (Tom Hanks) coped with dying of AIDS during what should have been the prime of his life in the film “Philadelphia.” *

Wow, I’ve been having trouble narrowing down the focus of my paper for my lifespan development paper to one aspect of Andy’s developmental issue, and I think I just did it right there without thinking about it.  Now to revise what I’ve written so far to more clearly articulate that.  I have a one page character description due tomorrow in which I’m supposed to include the exact developmental issue my character is facing that I’ll be discussing.  There were so many choices, so many possibilities, so many characters in that movie!  I now know what the hell I’m doing.  Took me long enough.

*I could choose any movie or television show I wanted, and this is what I chose

I just put in my Netflix queue so I can know what you’re writing about. :) It sounds like you’re invested in this paper, and I hope writing it goes well for you!

Awesome! You’ll have to let me know what you think. :)

Funny, at one point in my life, I put on my goal list to watch every single Tom Hanks movie. :)

And speaking of Tom, a friend at my old job despises him, which I find unfathomable, and quite frankly, practically un-American!

And you would be right. I think you should report this person to Homeland Security! ;)
